Who-Unfollowed.me (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the Unfollower App for Instagram mobile application (the “App”).
Your access to and use of the App is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users and others who access or use the App. By accessing or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access and use the App.
Limitation Of Liability
In no event shall Who-Unfollowed.me, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the App; (iii) any content obtained from the App; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
Disclaimer
Your use of the App is at your sole risk. The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The App is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
Who-Unfollowed.me does not warrant that (a) the App will function uninterrupted, securely, or be available at any particular time or location; (b) any errors or defects will be corrected; or (c) the results of using the App will meet your requirements.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
Purchases & Subscriptions
We offer 2 different types of subscription options: 1.99 Euro per report and 9.99 Euro for 12 months which renews annually.
Auto-Renewals & Cancellations
Your monthly subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The Payment will be charged to your Google Play or iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. You can manage app subscriptions in your Google Play or iTunes Account settings.

Changes To The Terms of Use
We may update our Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Use on this page. We will let you know via notice on our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the “effective date” at the top of this page. You are advised to review the Terms of Use periodically for any changes. Changes to the Terms of Use are effective when they are posted on this page.
